Bio:
The Raiokutians are an ancient race within the universe. A spontaneous mutation within their species results in a new, hybrid variation with tremendous power. The first member born with these traits is Chilled, who was gifted with a large power the likes the Raiokutians had never seen before. Over time, the power brings out a cruel inner nature that he uses to amuse himself as a space pirate; conquering many planets, looting them, and gathering the talented warriors from throughout the universe into a mercenary army under their rule...as long as they don't challenge him. Those who disobeyed him, even his own kin, were destroyed on a whim. It's his actions that set the foundation for Cold's Planet Shark organization, and gave his royal family a major influence throughout the universe and a history with many races.

In AGE 761, after overhearing conversations from Raditz's invasion of Earth, Vegeta departs for the planet with Nappa without informing Freeza of his plans. Unfortunately for the Saiyan, Freeza keeps close tabs on the (known) Saiyan survivors. He overheard their traitorous conversation, as well as his order to Nappa to kill the Namekian since they can just use the Dragon Balls on the race's home world. The tyrant had heard stories of the wishing orbs before, but assumed them to be nothing more than overblown folklore after many of his previous investigations into similar mystical rumors turned up empty. With confirmation of the orbs existence, Freeza began making his own plans for a covert operation to the Planet Namek to gather them and have his wish for immortality granted. This mission is met with complication after complication though; the Namekians refuse to comply with is demands, the evil Namekian faction ruled by Slug also seek the orbs, as do the Earthlings and Vegeta upon their arrival. All of all of he men Freeza brought along eventually meet their end, forcing the Emperor of Evil himself to take action. The failure of an operation culminates in Freeza creating the exact thing he feared; awakening the legendary Super Saiyan within Son Goku.

Notes:
His design and colors are based on a mix of his depiction in Super Broli and the kanzenban manga covers.
