Did you think I was only good for drawing and writing fanfiction? HA! BEHOLD MY GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLZ!!! They suck cause I only took like... two classes in college and the only knowledge that I was left with was that "Papyrus" is the most hated font in the world. Lol!

Anyway, I had fun doing something a little different. xP

I changed a few things in the way the proclamation was worded in order to make it more official and grammatically correct. And I typed up everything else too because I had to make it look like an actual newspaper. xD
