Based on the scene in SP where Simba is sat watching down on Kovu & Kiara, and where he is seeking advice from the Great Kings. The colours in that scene are terrible IMO, so I felt like redoing them. I used reference from a screenshot for Simba's pose (and his face) but changed his colours to those closer to the ones we see in the first movie. I made his mane a tad darker, and his fur colour a bit more pale, as is the theme with my 'mature' Simba which you may have seen on previous edits/redraws I've done. I also made him less... chubby and bulky looking

I was going to draw Nala as well, but my patience ran out after a while xD I used a brush (not made by me) for the grass.
