(I will only explain the new techniques)

During the training with the Z-Fighters between the events of Volume 7 and 8, the Teams RWBY and JNPR learned multiple techniques, from the most basic to some that could be considered advanced, even managing to create their own techniques.

• Silver Kamehameha: It is the union of the power of the Silver Eyes and a Kamehameha.
• Full Speed Kamehameha: It is similar to Goku's Instant Kamehameha, the difference is that Ruby uses her Semblance to move to where her opponent is.
• Silver Scythe: Ruby envelops her weapon, Crescent Rose, with the power of the Silver Eyes, giving it the appearance of a weapon made of ki.
• Double Silver Scythe: Similar to the Silver Scythe, the difference is that Ruby creates with her ki and the power of the Silver Eyes another scythe similar to the Crescent Rose.
• Silver Cut(s): Ruby, using Crescent Rose with the power of the Silver Eyes or the scythe created by her using her ki and the power of the Silver Eyes, launches powerful energy slashes. If these slashes have the power of the Silver Eyes, Ruby is even capable of cutting a mountain in two.
• Semi-Ultra Instinct: Thanks to Goku who taught her the basics of Whis' training, Ruby combined the Silver Eyes (which in Crossverse have some of the power of the Ultra Instinct) and her Semblance, Ruby achieved a state similar to the one Goku obtained before mastering the Ultra Instinct.
• Spirit Drill: Weiss, using Myrtenaster, shows that she saw Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan, and because she liked it so much, she decided to reference it in one of her techniques.
• Elemental Multi-Form: Blake combines her Semblance with this technique. When one of her clones is destroyed by a physical attack, the opponent receives some damage depending on the type of dust inside the clone. Example. If the opponent destroys a clone that has Fire Dust inside it, it will suffer a severe burn.
• Hellzone-Form: It is a combination of the two techniques. If a clone is destroyed, it will show its true form as a ki ball. When this happens, the other clones will do the same, showing that all the clones are ki balls that will go and explode on contact with the opponent.
• Instant Special Beam: It is a variation of the Instant Kamehameha that changes the technique with the Special Beam Cannon.
• Dragonic Meteors: A variation of Goku's Dragon Fist that combines this technique with the Kiai, with the difference that are several dragons and not only one, besides being a technique that does not have the same power as the Dragon Fist.... Any resemblance with Seiya's Pegasus Meteor Fist is pure coincidence.
