Aaaand last one is Dr. Wily calculating, pondering, creating probably a new evil plan, once more!

I put some references here and there to various things, but over all I think I still need a lot of improvement on backgrounds,

specially more modern and technological ones, the prop design as well.. I'm content with how this one looks! but still

I might want to color this one someday.. dunno yet
