~~~Author's Note~~~

This map is:

1. a reboot of this beauty, first made for TiltschMaster's timeline.

2. Set in the 2020s, in a world where the CSA won the civil war, and proceeded to abolish slavery soon after, as it was forced to industrialize or face extinction. 'Slavery' now exists in the form of 'life-long contracts', signed between the former slave and master. However, any children of the slave are freemen. Plus, ww2 never exactly happened as IRL, it was mostly Germany vs USSR, to which one one batted an eye, and even supported the germans.

2.2. Maybe set in the same universe as the Angevines, since I presume they'd (read: I'd) try to weaken the US, or pull it out of the game entirely, and what a better way to do that than to fund a separatist state for whose foundations are already set. But this is still in-debate, and most likely will be its own universe (else i'd write my own birth out of the timeline)

3. inspired, in part, by Wyyt's CSA borders. Mostly the Mexico ones, and looking around the internet, it seems those borders come from Turtledove, so yeah. Stuff.

Anyway, its been a nice quick map to make, after a long pause in map-making due to life-related shit.
