How does the TICKLE MACHINE work?

My Patrons decide the following options in several POLLS:

• Choose the victim
  
• Choose tickle machine tools (there are many tools available)
  
• Choose the areas of the body that will be tickled

And finally they get a final illustration! This illustration, and the respective polls, are only available to Extreme club members.
