Well after some time, here it is. In it's unfinished glory thanks to some jerks you can read about here. and so it is...
Yes this is still a WIP but very close to completion. I'd rather people get it here then the sites that are stealing it. Who knows what they've bundled with it. (adware,malware,etc..)

THIS THEME IS ENTIRELY FREE. THE DONATION BUTTON IS APPRECIATED THOUGH.

Also to this idiot protheme and those who support his claims they are stolen 'ipacks' from his pay/adware crap version of his 'Skinpack' version. Get a life. The users gallery and Skinpacks site is based entirely off stealing peoples work. You get blocked from me for being a piece of crap.

OldNewExplorer (disable ribbon and other tweaks)
ONE Settings
StartIsBack (for startmenu & taskbar)
