Hiya everyone! Back at it for my 338th color commission as this would be the first time I get to color an Astrogirls picture with an Idolmaster character in a long time. Last time time I got to color something like this was actually at the beginning of the year. So after a long wait we get another one as we even get a new Idolmaster to color as this character is actually the leader of 765 Productions with Haruka Amami getting her chance to shine as an Astrogirl Girl. Here we see Haruka on the Moon which isn't the first Idolmaster picture to have this as Iori was actually the first one but I guess each of the girls have been granted permission to go to space as it's Haruka's turn and her mission is on the moon. So she gets into a Lunar Lander in a near by spacestation as her mission is to explore a unique part of the moon that hasn't been explored on foot by anyone just yet away from the Moon Base. After a successful touch down she goes out and makes her first step on the moon with excitiment only a teenager would give up. She plants the flag and stood tall with a proud face saying "Hello World, The Idolmasters has arrived to Rock the Cosmos!"

Pretty good details on the picture overall as Joko and the person who suggested the concept, ZhmieXD did a pretty good job on this picture and I was happy to color it. Speaking of, it did take a while to color due to all the details that the picture has mainly with the Lunar Lander here but I really like the picture a lot that I didn't mind. I even like some of the references for this picture like on the flag it says Advanced Media Creation Girls and looking it up that's actually the team that developed the first Idolmaster game so good detail on that.

That being said though I did kind of cheat a bit on this picture. I don't mean some of the details I've changed from the original line art because that's not me, it was actually Zhmie who tried his best to get the details as close to the origiinal reference has he can but I mean some of the coloring, mainly the visor and the stars in space. The original color version that I had looked pretty different with the similar way I've colored the Astrogirl Visor and the stars in space as I was pretty good with what I had...but then I've looked at ZhmieXD's version as his version looked way better than mine in comparsion as looking back at it, I could of improved a lot more than what I had. So not satified with what I had there's only one thing that I can do...copy his version. Okay it's not a 100% copy but you kind of remember that my coloring style is trying to emulator the original artstyle as I can as I borrowed what he had for the sky and visor and made my own version. So yeah this looks a lot better as I hope to improve more in the future. So expect future Astrogirls pictures to be better quality overall.

That's really it though. Only thing to note is that originally this picture was suppose to be released later in August but it was pushed up a bit because oh yeah, July 21st is the 51st anniversary of the Moon Landing and seeing how this picture is pretty similar to that, kind of fitting to release it now.
