Certainly Dr. Charlotte Jekyll is at foremost a doctor, in alchemy, but she certainly found herself doing other things outside her comfort zone. Namely being expected to put on a tour guide uniform and help handles tours through potentially troublesome area. Not that she is particularly shy, but she isn't all that assertive either so handling the crowd is not something that she enjoys. Sure she tries to act cordial, but between dealing with the group and carrying out the responsibilities can be quite trying. Especially when they don't quite understand the significance of the danger going on here.

Not easy trying to provide guided tour through places like Bedlam Asylum or Malkin Gray University. The former as many don't understand or appreciate the service being done here. Much less the danger many of the patients can exhibit if not handled or cared properly. The fact the participants are either sponsors or the press makes things tricky to handle. On the latter, the school is very strange. Since this is often an orientation for new students or interested backers to the school, they rarely realize how strange this school grounds can get compare to anywhere else.
