Here is a picture that I did as a birthday gift for my dear friend Huatay: A picture of her Sonic fan character, a female fox named Huatay, in my original cartoon style. After learning that my friend's birthday was coming up this month, I decided to take the opportunity to work on a picture that I would be able to post in time for her birthday recently, especially since she was more than nice enough to let me know when her birthday was coming up due to DeviantArt having made it rather difficult to help me remember when my friends' birthdays will be taking place so that I can draw something for them in advance, and I was in the mood for wanting to draw her main character after not being able to draw her in my original style before. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw a simple picture of Huatay in one of her outfits that she normally wears, which she was seen wearing in one of her reference sheets that my friend did of her a while back, though I am aware that she is able to wear a different outfit when she's able to draw her in newer pictures that she was able to work on recently. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a pink texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding yellow stars. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and I just know that my friend will love it no matter what.

Hiisi (plural: hiidet, Finnish goblins) are ancient spirits or gods of the forest. In a list of Finnish gods, written in 1551, Hiisi was mentioned as the forest god who helped hunters catch prey. Hiisi has also signified a holy place in a forest where people sacrificed for gods.

The Hiisi have been considered to both be giants who threw big rocks in piles, and small creatures living in caves or under rocks. Giant's kettles are in Finnish called Hiisi's churn (Hiidenkirnu).

In old poems, forests are called Hiisi's lands, and when going there, one must be protected with a magical iron gear.

The different types of Hiisi mentioned in spells are forest hiisi, water hiisi, mountain hiisi, and earth hiisi. They dwell in deep waters, inside the earth, inside mountains, in caves and holes in the forest.

In folklore, the Hiisi have in part turned from gods into devil-like creatures who attack, poison, cause accidents. Hiisi's sidekick is a flying creature Lempo.

But at the same time, the Hiisi have preserved their god-like status as forceful nature spirits that can be summoned in challenging situations. The shaman can summon individual goblins like the Lord of the Mountain with his powers, the Water Goblin with his terrors, or the whole family and nation of the Hiisi.

The USS Oneida (NCC-78497) was a late 24th century Federation Iroquois-class starship operated by Starfleet. Like other ships of its class, it was a joint construction project between the San Francisco Fleet Yards and Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards.

The Oneida, the fourth Iroquois-class starship commissioned, was launched in 2375. It was assigned to the Beta Quadrant to replace starships that were called to the front of the Dominion War. At the time, Starfleet was hesitant to place a starship of such a new and untested design in harms way until evaluations could reveal how the Iroquois-class handled itself in the field.

It would encounter the SS Sabine in Episode 01: Advent of War, in Season 2 of Star Trek: Theurgy.

Star Trek: Theurgy is kind of a progressive novel, composed of large long-lasting story arcs that can go on through several Episodes, as well as the more common plots produced by character interaction. All of this is written cohesively by the writers, edited and corrected by the group and the Game Moderator to assure a consolidated storyline. Other terms for this kind of community are "sim" or "play-by-post/forum roleplaying".

"What kind of writers are we looking for at Star Trek: Theurgy?"

We're looking for good, descriptive and creative writers that can handle English well. You should also know enough about the Star Trek Universe to be able to partake in creating intense, interesting storylines together with the other writers. We are a very literate group, with a minimum posting requirement of 200 words per post, and the commitment to the story is long-term. We have been running the story actively for five years, and we will continue for many years to come. Therefore, we are not interested in casual, brief commitments, but something that will last for many years.

"What's the nature of the story?"

Star Trek: Theurgy is a detailed, quite dark, story-driven and long-term roleplay and while it's rated 18+, it is not some shoe-horned excuse to write Star Trek smut scenes. If that's what you are looking for, you can look elsewhere since you'll be really disappointed.

It is not expected of any of our writers to detail the intimate relations of their characters with others, even if it's allowed. Several writers among us have an aversion to writing graphic sexual scenes, so if that's not what you care for, then that's no problem at all. The story revolves around a ship and a crew in dire straits, against impossible odds, and with a lot of intrigue and mystery to it. We just don't enforce limits on what you care to write, like explicit scenes of violence or intimacy, as long you adhere to our General Rules and all writers consent to the specific scene their characters are in.

Megaman X's saber wielding rival.

Zero is a total badass, first appearing in Megaman X and I just remember seeing him for the first time and just thinking to myself "what am I doing playing as Megaman when there's a much cooler version running around over there!" but alas, he wasn't playable until some later games down the line.

I absolutely love his design (and the Megaman Zero version is pretty awesome too), his red spiky looks along with his more close combat mechanics make for great contrast compared to X and he's also really cool and mysterious.

I honestly don't think he's joining the smash roster however, after sephiroth everything's possible hahah, I wouldn't mind having this anime swordsman in the mix tbh hahah, but we'll see!

Sooooo, if it wasn't clear enough by some of my recent polls/statuses since the start of the year, I've been getting a really big itch for the Pokemon games lately... not just in some of the current stuff like ORAS-to-Sword but also to some of the more "classic" gens like FireRed, SoulSilver and Platinum . I knew at some point I wanted to try and fill out a particular controversy meme for it, but this time I've decided to just go on ahead to make my own version since the few others I've found seem a bit more "limited" to the earlier gens. As said in the title, this meme is only centered more for the mainline game series itself (not really for any of the spinoff games like Mystery Dungeon or Colosseum), just to keep it a bit more focused and to-the-point

Not my best meme template work I'll admit... but hopefully it gets the point across and fits enough to the current gen of games we're up to now. Hope you enjoy filling it out, fellow Pokemon fans~!
