Name: Mitchell Harkman
Title: The Arsenal
Nicknames and other Alias: 'Red', Butcher of New Harmony
Age: Appears in his early to mid 30s
Predecessor's Biography: A convict turned soldier that served in the Navy Seals branch, Mitchell Harkman was been a force to be reckoned with. During an age of super heroes roaming the skies at an all time high, few non powered individuals dared to even fight one cape. Harkman broke that myth in a secret mission op alongside several others, proving to the world that a cape could be killed; however, the story did not last as Harkman and his squad went MIA weeks later. Years later, Harkman would remerge as 'The Burning Eagle' to lead a revolution against super heroes and the allies behind them. He is a dangerous individual that has been enhanced through scientific means, some limbs reconstructed with metal parts through some sadistic means to preserve life. His goal was to prove once again that humanity doesn't need super heroes as they just as easily corrupted as humanity can be but on a much more dangerous scale capable of putting those without power into submission.
Arsenal's Biography: Years later after Harkman went MIA, there was a clone of him roaming the world starting his own war against the capes of the world where he believed it would set people free. The cloning project was one, albeit of many, ways that rogue science groups had planned to try to create competition against the super heroes of Earth. This 'Arsenal' was the only successful result of cloning after many attempts that nearly exhausted all resources. Using the DNA of Mitchell Harkman, Arsenal had his memories believing he was the same person that would lead the fight against super heroes. This would only prove to be the perfect scapegoat while the real Harkman bolstered his forces outside of the eyes of the super heroes while Arsenal attracted all the attention. During a cataclysmic battle that put the capes of Earth into near extinction, Arsenal had come face to face with Harkman, discovering his true nature; a clone designed purely for war. A brief battle took place between Harkman and Arsenal, but the unprepared clone met defeat and was lucky enough to escape to fight another day as his lust for revenge built up against his Predecessor... Combat Analysis:
Strengths:
- Increased Adrenaline sense capable of sensing danger, but relies on Arsenal's movements to avoid it.
- Temper can go out of control, making Arsenal less tactical and more aggressive in combat.
- Extreme defenses by Titanium-made skin layer, bones and armor padding to absorb more damage.
- Often tactical in his approach at first to read his enemies.
- Keeps his mouth shut before the smoke clears in a fight.
Weaknesses:
- Brutal in his own ways, often questionable mentality. A ruthless nature of action.
- Cannot counter magic abilities.
- Extreme heat cuts through his armor.
Equipment:
- Various munition weaponry (Preferably pistols, rifles, or shotguns.)
- Plasma blade attached to armor bracers, and shotgun cannon (Right arm)
- Heavy Titanium armor + Armor padding.
- Helmet equipped with multiple vision modes and a special material that blocks psychic powers.
Personality Description: Disregarding his distrust to others due to his past, Arsenal can be compassionate to others when possible. Regardless of his violent nature in combat, he does not appear to enjoy it. After how much Arsenal had discovered about himself and the Super Heroes of his world, he's stopped giving a damn about the words of others and more on their actions.
Combat Description: Arsenal tries to keep his temper in control as his violent nature is buried inside until it lets it out. He will try any means to subdue his enemy whether that requires a detachment of a limb or an unfair kick between the legs, whether his enemy claims to be a god or not. His violent nature is where he is most dangerous as his adrenaline will be on overdrive; moving faster, hitting harder, and fighting mercilessly until the job is done.
