Working at Stainton Pharmaceutical as an assistent to Dr. Emmy Bell, Ray Reyes helped her in the devlopment of a serum created from the venom of genetic modified spiders, that would help in the treatment of various diseases. At the same time they were able to synthesize the first dose of the serum, they discovered that the company owner was actually negotiating the sale of the serum with various criminal organizations, with shady intentions.
Determined not to let their work to be handed over to people who would use it for evil, they destroyed all the data from the research and tried to flee with the only existing sample of the serum. Pursued by the goons of the comapny and the criminal organization, they suffered an accident that left them in the brink of death.
Using her last strength, Emmy applied the serum on Ray, saving him from death, and dying afterwards. Gaining spider-like abilities, he swore to honor her memory and dreams by doing good with his new powers, and bringing the ones who caused her death to justice as well as any other evildoer.
Taking on the mantle of Spider-Man Beyond, he protects the streets of Neo York city.

Charonosaurus aka the asian twin of parasaurolophus. Charonosaurus is one of the largets asian hadrosaurs , it is estimated to be the same size as parasaurolophus. It is known from a partial skull after which I reconstructed the animal. I added some speculative integument in the neck and throat area to fleshen out the animal a bit. I have to say that the new set of colored pencils is fantastic, I am now able to do even more elaborate and detailed skin patterns!
