You can have all the fancy brushes and paints or equipment but that does not make you an artist. The one who's holding the tools is what truly matters.


I'm remaking a previous work from January in full color this time. I'm actually proud of this one :'D things turned out the way I wanted for once. This was inspired by Okami, and also inspired by my latest poll. Thank you everyone who took their time to answer it, there were so many insightful comments this time.

We brought an original character to life for a customer. She described her as "A Moon Elf Queen who rides dragons. Her outfit needs to be practical and beautiful!" For her jacket overlay we are using a glittery sequined scale fabric to tie-in the dragon theme. Heavily beaded vine lace adds extra dimension. Her half cape is a icy blue silk velvet that has an optional scarf.

I really happy to bring Tyrande in life through cosplay. She's my fav character and my inspiration since my childhood. In HotS Blizzard made so great skin design for her, I just fell in love with a first sight! I made this costume about 3.5 month and for armor making I used mostly PVC and foam. Maybe I'll do other Tyrande's costumes in future.

Aaaaand today is our bday...sooo... I always post something on that day. It's not a drawing this year, cuz my hard drive just died recently so I lost my all files I hope I'll be able to get the data out of it. Anyway...on the left side is my character Ash again which you were able to see in my previous anatomy tutorial (pic below) Oh well...recently I have been practicing drawing hands, so I decided to put these files together and make a reference sheet. I hope it'll be useful to some of you. Like usually, this was done in Photoshop CC with Wacom Cintiq 27QHD (LOL...I didn't count hours this time). Enjooooooooy.

Another one from Scotland, also near Cairndow. The ruin of the house is actually bigger than it seems. Behind it runs a stream partly existing out of small waterfalls from the steep mountain side.

It started out cloudy: Then suddenly the sun broke through lighting everything up. Hard to get a picture of because of the back light, but it was amazing to stand there that moment. Even though I was being eaten alive by midges.

Introducing who may be my favorite of my Next Gen children: Prince Siempre; son of Princess Celestia and King Sombra

This is honestly one of my favorite MLP ships, if not my absolute favorite.
And to be clear, he isn't the son of the Sombra from the season three opening that attacked the crystal empire. This is the child of King Sombra from the MLP comics. If anyone hasn't read them, it's issue 17, 18, 19, and 20, called Reflections. At it's most basic, Celestia had been going through the mirror portal she helped Star Swirl the Bearded create and they found an alternate world where the villains were good and the good rulers were evil (i.e. Sombra was the kind ruler of Equestria and Chrysalis was the embodiment of Love) In the comic they fell in love but were ultimately permanently separated. I don't want to spoil too much for anyone who hasn't read it, so go do that now because it's fantastic.

Siempre was the result of Celestia's last visit to the alternate world, and all she has left of Sombra aside from their wish card and a glass shard of the mirror. He was born blind, and is every bit as kind as his father. His tone is always quiet and soothing, it has the effect of making those around him feel at ease and safe.
Being the child of two world left him with some side effects, coming into too close of contact with anything that has caused a disturbance in the rifts between worlds begins to set him into a state like that of the evil shadow king Sombra, including Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer. The only person who has disturbed the rifts and doesn't set him off is his mother, likely due to the genetic connection.
He makes it his business to keep balance, be it personal affairs or in spacial rifts, attempting to mend the problems before they break out.


This is all still under construction, I designed him earlier today and I'm still nitpicking the details.
