Praca da Rep'ublica in Braga, one of the main gathering points in the city. The square is popularly known as "Arcada" due to its architectural style, with colonnades and arches that make the environment even more charming and welcoming. The square is surrounded by historic buildings and is an ideal place for a leisurely walk, as well as being a great area to relax at the caf'es and restaurants around, like the famous Caf'e Vianna, one of the city's landmarks, serving both drinks and excellent cuisine. The bandstand in the square is a symbol of Braga's tradition and cultural life, often hosting events and performances. It is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic and visited spots in Braga.
