Located in the old Hotel Magestic, which was a landmark in the city in times gone by. Today, the hotel has become a large cultural center named after one of the greatest poets of the state of Rio Grande do Sul: M'ARIO QUINTANA. A writer who lived most of his life in one of the hotel's rooms. In fact, the room is one of the Cultural Center's attractions. The city is grateful for the dedication shown to the poet and the large investment made to create a meeting point for the entire population, with shows/theater/cinema/library/cafeteria and courses, open to the public.
