The Mallestiger Mittagskogel (German) or Ostra pec (Slovenian) is a 1801 m high mountain located in the Karawanks near Villach in the province of Carinthia, Austria, close to the border to Slovenia. The two lakes that can be seen from its summit are the Faaker See and the W"orthersee.
