This is the Big Dome of the Instituto Jorge Manrique, in Palencia (Spain). It is, also, the Biblioteque. The Instituto Jorge Manrique is a notorious civil building of Palencia, made by Jeronimo Arroyo, in Geometric Art Nouveau Style. From 1915 it has been a state high school.
