Ok Folks panic over.... Philipp called me today & explained that when he was very young...10 years before we met... he'd said he'd written the song just to get a great Russian Lyricist to translate the lyric for him..in the clip you can tell he's embarrassed as the guy... with the mustache.. told the audience... He was mortified & has apologized to me for his youthful nievety... & proved that on every Album I get a writers credit...I did think it was strange as he openly told everyone I'd written the song while we were visiting him in Russia...Philipp's coming to London in January so we can catch up & sort thing out...
This song is very special to both of us & I kind of understand that in his young & foolish days he fought to get the best translation for it....
