I Just wanted to write you all a thank you note, Pretty Odd was released one year ago today, I remember playing Kimmel and seeing some of you singing the words to the new songs already, I didn’t even know all of them yet. Thanks to everyone who picked up the album, listened to it, came to see us play, or supported us in other ways. You’re the best.

Oh, look! We have a new layout. (Made by Leo. Thanks!)

With the new layout comes big changes with the site — for me at least. I finally gave in and gave up on our news script, which I believe was the cause of all the trouble we’ve been having these past few months. I’ve been using that script for almost 6 years now, so it was a bit hard to let go. The site is now being updated with wordpress and its countless features that I don’t know how to use yet. I can post news, that’s good enough for now.

You can access old news entries at the bottom of the page, use the link for entries from the past years and the dropdown menu for news starting in January. All comments were kept in their original entries, nothing was deleted.

The news title is now a permalink, which is a neat little link that will take you directly to that entry for when you wish to post it elsewhere. There’s also categories for each entry, simply click on the category of choice to see all entries under it, it makes searching a lot easier. Soon we’ll have a search form which will make it even easier.

There are a few things that need to be fixed with the script and I’ll do that as soon as I learn how.

Other than that, enjoy! And let me know what you think.

PS: If you still see parts of the old layout, refresh your page. This layout is best viewed using Firefox or Opera.
