White House imposes sanctions on Venezuelan oil sector President of the United States Donald Trump signed a document on the introduction of new sanctions against Venezuela and its oil companies, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders announced this week.
Trump approved introduction of a ban on operations with new bonds that were issued by the Venezuelan government and oil producing companies in the country.
