Оказалось не так просто.
Во первых, надо было включить поддержку SSH. Помог коллега.
Затем надо было разрешить XDMCP:

Обычно в /etc/X11/xdm/xdm-config добавлена строка
DisplayManager.requestPort: 0

Она запрещает коннекты в твоему xdm по XDMCP. Закомменть эту строку, проверь что /etc/X11/xdm/Xaccess позволяет твоей машине коннектиться к xdm, кильни xdm, чтоб он перезапустился и пересчитал свой конфиг.

После этого в X-сервере под виндой выбирай XDMCP broadcast или XDMCP direct.

После этого настроил X11 forvarding:

How to configure the host for SSH Connections

Most new Linux distributions run SSH by default. This is because SSH is a secure remote shell which includes other connection benefits (like being able to tunnel through firewalls and routers). Usually, the only thing required to change on the host is to turn on X11 forwarding. This setting is managed under /etc/ssh/sshd_config. Log in as root and edit this file. Turn X11 forwarding to on or enabled, depending on the format of the file. Save the file, and reboot the system or restart Sshd. If sshd_config isn’t under /etc/ssh, then try a search for it by running this command:

find / -name sshd_config –print

After the hosts reboots, you should be able to connect with your present StarNet Ssh session. To setup a StarNet Ssh session, go to Xconfig, Sessions, wizard and create a StarNet Ssh session.

После этого перезагрузил машину и подключился через X-Manager.
Загрузились Иксы.
Ввёл команду startkde.
Получилось.
