SPOTTED: Michelle Obama dining out at a restaurant in Washington - perhaps a sign that life is slowly returning to quasi-normal amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The former first lady was eyed Thursday night at Rasika West End, a fine dining Indian spot.

ITK hears Obama, who announced in March that she had received her COVID-19 vaccine, spent more than two hours eating inside at the restaurant with a female companion. She apparently sported a mask, was socially distant and followed all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines while she was there.

Rasika West End appears to be a favorite dining destination for the Obamas. The former first family marked ex-President Obama's 56th birthday back in 2017 at the eatery. The couple also celebrated the former commander in chief's birthday there in 2013.
