я попробовала сделать такой со своей картинкой но у меня произошли некоторые проблемы она получилась не такой как надо(слишком выражены пиксели).

Okay, so first, take the photo of choice, crop it to the size you want.Alright, next, save.Zoom in about 400%Okay, here it gets tricky without experience. We're going to start with the face, so make a new layer, and get out the eyedropper tool.Now, select the most general color of the skin tone, not too light, not too dark. Like if you were going to draw a cartoon.Alright, grab the polygonal lasso and let's get this show on the road.trace around all the sikn on the face, neck, anything that is not cut off by hair or clothes, ect. Once you have lassoed all the connected sking, take the paint bucket, (make sure you're on your new layer) and dump the skin color within the selected area. Okay, press ctrl + d. Now you should have a strange looking person with no face. Next is the hair. Hair is the hardest part. We want a new layer to cover the gawky skin layer. Select the hair color youy want, this can be anything, and trace. Now, if your pictured person has choppy hair, as my pictured Hayley Williams did, just free lance it. This can get fun. Or confusing, for questions, comment. Fill the selected layer. Clothing. THIS IS THE EASY PART. trace around the clothes, select a color, fill. =) This layer should be second to last.And the background. For my icon, I chose to use the same color back ground as hair, I thought it gave it a fun spin, but your back ground color can be absolutely anything, be sure this bit is on a layer below all the others.
