Open picture.

 

Step 1.

 

Duplicate your base layer  and set it to screen (41%)

 

Step 2.

 

Duplicate your base again, drag it to the top, and set the layer to soft light.(100%)

 

Step 3.

 

Go to  Layers-New Adjustment Layer-Color Balance.

 

Midtones: 38, -19, 5

 

Step 4.

 

Go to  Layers-New Adjustment Layer-Selective Color.

 

Reds:  -21, 0, 100, 0

 

Yellows: -52, 12, 0, 0

 

Blues: 100, 45, 0, 0

 

Step 5.

 

Use this brush/mask/whatever, set this picture to multiply (100%).
