The always interesting musician, Lady Gaga, showed up on the Red carpet for the 2010 Grammy Awards wearing a Giorgio Armani Prive gown, which looked like an interesting costume. The Lady Gaga Grammy 2010 outfit included hair that was light blonde with yellow mixed in, making her look like some sort of snow princess. Lady Gaga is among the top 2010 Grammy nominees and already picked up two Grammy awards prior to the awards show.

Gaga tweeted on Twitter prior to the show:

"We won two grammy's already little monsters + I dedicate them to u!" She also added later on "I ruined my makeup crying! Look for little monster surprise on the piano."

Lady Gaga will be up against fellow femme fatales Taylor Swift and Beyonce to possibly clean up at the Grammy awards show this evening. You can see the Lady Gaga Grammys 2010 red carpet outfit here at JustJared.

Гаудеамус

«Гаудеа́мус» (лат. gaudeamus — давайте будем радоваться) — студенческая песня (гимн) на латинском языке. Название образовано по первому слову песни.

История
Песня появилась в XIII или XIV веке, либо в Гейдельбергском, либо в Парижском университете (Себастьян Брант упоминает гимн 1267 года под названием «Gaudeamus igitur»).

«Гаудеамус» восходит к жанру застольных песен вагантов — средневековых бродячих поэтов и певцов, среди которых были и студенты.

В течение нескольких веков песня передавалась изустно и поэтому имеет много вариантов. В печатном виде текст «Гаудеамуса» впервые появился в 1776 году, а в 1781 странствующий писатель Киндлебен (Christian Wilhelm Kindleben) придал ему форму, сохранившуюся до настоящего времени.

Известный мотив песни утвердил, вероятно, композитор XV века Йоханнес Окегем.

Текст и перевод
Ниже приводится один из вариантов латинского текста песни и дословный перевод. Первые две и последняя строки каждого куплета исполняются дважды. Таким образом, строки каждого куплета исполняются в следующем порядке: I, II, I, II, III, IV, V, V. В российских вузах гимн традиционно исполняется в сокращенном варианте — только первый и четвертый куплеты.
