Nicole (Kirsten Dunst) is the 17-year-old girl whose father is a wealthy congressman. She never met a rule she didn t break. Carlos (Jay Hernandez) is a grade A student with big dreams who spends two-hours on a bus every morning to attend high school in an L.A. neighbourhood. They are so different that it s hard to imagine anything in common between them. But they fell in love and seem to be so happy together.
