Site was born in 1982 in Baishan, in the Ji Lin province of China. She graduated from Ji Lin Art College with a Bachelor of Art degree in 2004, and has since been working as a full time artist. Ma ZaiHuan has gained growing recognition and praise for her flower paintings, in which she successfully mixes traditional Chinese brush
painting techniques with a Western surrealistic painting style. This search of combining the esthetic spirits of East and West has brought the artist to the edge of a new artistic trend in today's contemporary culture.
